📆 Booking & Payment Policy

Event Services & Venue Rentals (Once Open):

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This amount will be outlined in your contract.

• Deposit secures your service and/or venue rental and is applied to your total balance.

Payment Schedule:

• Deposit due at time of booking.

• 75% of total payment due midway through the planning process (date specified in contract).

• Final balance due 14 days (2 weeks) before your event date.

• Flexible payment plans available by request.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Event Services:

• 60+ days prior: Deposit forfeited only.

• 30–59 days prior: 50% of total contract due.

• Less than 30 days prior: 100% of contract due.

Venue Bookings:

• 90+ days prior: Deposit forfeited only.

• 60–89 days prior: 50% of venue cost due.

• Less than 60 days prior: Full venue rental is due.

🌧️ Unforeseen Circumstances Policy

If your event must be canceled or rescheduled due to:

• Death of client/immediate family

• Hospitalization or serious illness

• Natural disaster

• Pandemic or public health emergency

• Government mandates/travel bans

✅ You will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee with proper documentation.
💫 You may also reschedule within 12 months and receive first priority on available dates.
📝 If you choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be held as a credit valid for 12 months.

🦠 Illness & COVID Policy

If the client or key attendees test positive for a contagious illness (e.g. COVID-19) within 7 days of the event:

• Rescheduling is offered at no penalty (documentation required).

• If you decline rescheduling, standard cancellation fees apply.

🔁 Service Adjustments & Transfers

• Requests to change services or dates must be made at least 30 days prior to the event.

• All changes are subject to availability.

• Changes made within 30 days may incur a fee.
