Booking & Payment Policy

The following outlines the terms required to secure services with Beyond Lavish Weddings & Events LLC.

📆 Event Services & Venue Rentals (Once Open)

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date

  • Deposit amounts are outlined in your contract

  • Deposits are applied toward your total balance

💳 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit due at time of booking

  • 75% of remaining balance due midway through the planning process (date specified in contract)

  • Final balance due 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event date

  • Flexible payment plans available upon request

🔁 Service Adjustments & Changes

  • Requests to change services or event dates must be submitted at least 30 days prior

  • All changes are subject to availability

  • Requests made within 30 days may incur additional fees

Cancellations, Refunds & Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. The policies below outline our cancellation and refund terms.

 

❌ Cancellation Policy – Event Services

  • ​60+ days prior: Deposit forfeited only

  • 30–59 days prior: 50% of total contract due

  • Less than 30 days prior: 100% of contract due

 

❌ Cancellation Policy – Venue Bookings​

  • 90+ days prior: Deposit forfeited only

  • 60–89 days prior: 50% of venue rental cost due

  • Less than 60 days prior: Full venue rental cost due

🌧️ Unforeseen CircumstancesIf your event must be canceled or rescheduled due to:​

  • Death of client or immediate family

  • Hospitalization or serious illness

  • Natural disaster

  • Pandemic or public health emergency

  • Government mandates or travel restrictions

With proper documentation, you may choose:

  • Full refund minus a $50 processing fee, or

  • Reschedule within 12 months with priority booking

  • If no new date is selected, your deposit will be held as a 12-month credit

​🦠 Illness & COVID Policy

If the client or key attendees test positive for a contagious illness (including COVID-19) within 7 days of the event:

  • Rescheduling is offered at no penalty (documentation required)

  • If rescheduling is declined, standard cancellation terms apply

💵 Refund Summary

  • Voluntary cancellation (60+ days): Deposit forfeited

  • Voluntary cancellation (30–59 days): 50% of contract charged

  • Voluntary cancellation (less than 30 days): No refund

  • Unforeseen circumstances: Full refund minus $50 fee

  • Rescheduling: No fee, priority booking within 12 months

💔 Relationship Dissolution or Change in Marital Intent

  • In the event that the wedding or event is canceled due to a change in relationship status, engagement dissolution, or decision not to proceed with the event, the cancellation will be treated as a voluntary cancellation.

  • All applicable cancellation terms and payment obligations outlined in this policy will apply. Deposits and payments made are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in this policy.

✅ Client Acknowledgment

By booking with Beyond Lavish Weddings & Events LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed above. A signed agreement is required at the time of booking.
